What happened? 2014-2024 = 0 stats 😞

Update from support ticket: Everything is back to normal. There were no statistics visible for 3 days. Now everything is ok.

Thanks for posting about this. It sounds like you may have accidentally created a new/duplicate Strava account. Please try the following:
- Log out of Strava
- Log back in, being sure to log to use the email address you used to set up your original account
- If you're not sure of the password, you can reset it Password reset instructions
If you discover you do in fact have two accounts, you can merge then together Account Merge Instructions
If the steps above don't resolve the issue, please submit a support ticket and someone from our Support Team will be happy to work directly with you to troubleshoot further.
+2Hi @Jane11 I only have one account. I can see all the training sessions that took place before. You just can't see the annual statistics.
