I am doing a project with the Strava API, and I would like to know if there is a way to obtain all the data from the dashboard of a segment. If this is not possible, how could I obtain the times of the first 20 users of a segment?

Neither of those is possible anymore. The only endpoint to access detailed segment data is getSegmentById which does not include any leaderboard data. The endpoint for accessing leaderboards was disabled when Strava made segment leaderboards part of a paid subscription (and even if you are a subscriber, it is not accessible anymore)
