I am currently using Google Login for my account. I need to set a manual password to sync with third-party apps, but the 'Forgot Password' email never arrives because I don't have a password set yet. Please trigger a manual password reset for my account."

When I give someone a kudos on my iPhone, When I refresh the page, it disappears and I have to do it again. It was doing it yesterday as well.

Login with Facebook is going to expire soon, but I’m not able to change nor confirm my email? In 2 weeks am I loosing my account?How the simplest thing ever “changing/confirming their own email account” is the IMPOSSIBLE thing in Strava? Does strava want to lose many account in one shot? 

My friend I run together at the same time, pace and using same watch. My strava results are different from her. My moving and elapse time shows different results, although we did not stop throughout the run. Additionally, I got 5:46/km pace and she got 9:12/km which definitely accurate than mine. We are using Huawei Fit 3.

On iOS, the app crashes/bugs out when attempting to save an activity posted by another user.The initial "Save" button works, but then the scrolling freezes and it’s impossible to reach the "Confirm" button at the bottom to complete the save process. This functionality has always worked in the past, but it recently stopped working. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but the issue persists.

My Strava post for snowboarding today didn’t upload until I got home from the mountain since I didn’t have great service. I tried to look up how to fix this issue so I turned off the indoor toggle setting on Strava.com and that didn’t change anything. I also noticed my max speed, vertical and runs didn’t post either, the only thing that is shown as recorded was the time, distance and avg speed :/ I’m super bummed about this and would love to have some help to get it figured out!

I have not needed to use the mapping facility since the New Year but when opening it up this week I find it has changed. Is this just my Strava set up or is it new. When I open Strava up all seems normal, apart from it being a bit slow. When I go to my routes to alter my standard routes and select one, it comes up in 3D, there is no option to change to 2D. When I click Edit the map goes to 2D. When I click on the route to change and try to move it, the whole map moves. I can now, I have found, click on a Waypoint and alter route but the whole screen changes from Editing to Building a new route. Do I have a problem or is this how it should be

In December I renewed my annual personal subscription. I’d like to switch to a family subscription, since my kids want to start using Strava.From the Q&A I learned that I need to end my current subscription and wait until it expires before I can switch. Waiting more than eight months sounds rather unappealing.

In January i signed in for Strava membership (plus), one month for free. I dit not work, my account was not activated. I signed out again. Later on, beceause my account was connected with my visa, the money for a melbership was payed to Strava aldo I dit sign out emmidiatly. The extra features of a payed membership still do not work. is it possible to give me my money back or to activate my account on the date of today? I Would like to hear from you soon. 

Hi, I have an old strava account that I would like to get the data from and merge it with my new account.  My old account is annoyingly linked to an email address of a company I no longer work at.  I can still access it however through a facebook login.  When I go to download the data it says it will email a code to my old email address (which I no longer have access to!).  What can I do please!?

Instead, it interrupts momentum and pulls you out of the creative process of building or refining a route.When planning rides regularly — especially across multiple regions — small UX inefficiencies compound fast. For those of us who train across multiple locations and countries,the current route browsing system on Strava is starting to feel very limiting.Right now, route filtering is extremely basicmainly distance and elevation. That might work for casual users,but for athletes who build structured training libraries,it quickly becomes messy and hard to manage.Key issues:• No proper location-based organization (country / city / region grouping)• No way to bulk reorganize or archive old routes• No tagging or categorization system• Difficult to quickly find specific training routesSuggested improvements: Location folders or auto-grouping by map region Custom labels or tags (e.g., Race, Intervals, Z2, Recovery, Climbing, Travel) Ability to archive, delete, or bulk edit routes Smart filtering (surface type, race simulation, training intent)

I am unable to add a starting location to all club events. Since this is a required field, I can’t add any new events to our calendar. Is there an easy fix for this?

There is a bug in Strava’s Club design wherein after 1000 people join a Club - admin and owners lose the ability to control the club’s size or member list. Our club has accidentally grown too large and we want to support our local community. But many people have joined who are international and have no connection to our nonprofit organization. We want permission control as admin and owners. 

Would be great if there were more categories in the statistics tab. There are a lot of activities to choose from that are tracked. But it only gives 3 options for statistics. (Running, Biking, Swimming)

It would be very helpful for the Strava App to be able to track oxygen saturation from devices.

On the hill segment leaderboards, I have noticed that the people in first have gotten a faster time by going down the hill instead of up it. For example, there is a VERY steep hill near my house that most people average around 22-45 seconds on going up, but the top two have a time of 5 & 11 seconds, and soon inspection it showed that they had went down the hill (most likely at the cost of their shins) and got 1st and 2nd for that hill. Would adding a system to check if the time was achieved during a rise or decline in elevation be of help?

I ran a marathon this weekend and started my garmin about one minute late, so my activity is showing that I didn’t quite run a full marathon. Is there a way to edit the map to add that initial ~.1 mile?

Hi, I ran today 3h02min (for the 180 minutes challenge) according to my PolarFlow app and my Asics Runkeeper app. But instead of receiving a challenge badge, the Strava app says:"You ran only 2h59m26sec". Apparently I've stopped once at a crossroad to see if I had to go left or right. Can you please fix this so the real time counts?

Hi, I’ve noticed a possible bug in the Android version of the app. On the “Hide Specific Address” settings page, the hidden area appears to be shifted/misaligned in the preview.
