In January i signed in for Strava membership (plus), one month for free. I dit not work, my account was not activated. I signed out again. Later on, beceause my account was connected with my visa, the money for a melbership was payed to Strava aldo I dit sign out emmidiatly. The extra features of a payed membership still do not work. is it possible to give me my money back or to activate my account on the date of today? I Would like to hear from you soon. 

Hi, I have an old strava account that I would like to get the data from and merge it with my new account.  My old account is annoyingly linked to an email address of a company I no longer work at.  I can still access it however through a facebook login.  When I go to download the data it says it will email a code to my old email address (which I no longer have access to!).  What can I do please!?

Using the Route Builder in Strava every week to organize rides has made one friction point very clear: the number of clicks required to complete simple actions keeps increasing.Example: 3 clicks vs 1 Heatmaps tab → Global → Done This flow could easily be a single step. Instead, it interrupts momentum and pulls you out of the creative process of building or refining a route.When planning rides regularly — especially across multiple regions — small UX inefficiencies compound fast. For a paid service, this level of friction feels unnecessary.Suggestions:• Reduce multi-step confirmations where possible• Allow one-click toggles for heatmap modes• Add keyboard shortcuts (or clearly communicate them if they already exist)• Enable quick toggle hotkeys for route path on/off• Use the existing left-side white column more efficiently for fast-access actionsRoute building should feel fluid. For those of us who train across multiple locations and countries,the current route browsing system on Strava is starting to feel very limiting.Right now, route filtering is extremely basicmainly distance and elevation. That might work for casual users,but for athletes who build structured training libraries,it quickly becomes messy and hard to manage.Key issues:• No proper location-based organization (country / city / region grouping)• No way to bulk reorganize or archive old routes• No tagging or categorization system• Difficult to quickly find specific training routesSuggested improvements: Location folders or auto-grouping by map region Custom labels or tags (e.g., Race, Intervals, Z2, Recovery, Climbing, Travel) Ability to archive, delete, or bulk edit routes Smart filtering (surface type, race simulation, training intent)

I am unable to add a starting location to all club events. Since this is a required field, I can’t add any new events to our calendar. Is there an easy fix for this?

There is a bug in Strava’s Club design wherein after 1000 people join a Club - admin and owners lose the ability to control the club’s size or member list. Our club has accidentally grown too large and we want to support our local community. But many people have joined who are international and have no connection to our nonprofit organization. We want permission control as admin and owners. 

Would be great if there were more categories in the statistics tab. There are a lot of activities to choose from that are tracked. But it only gives 3 options for statistics. (Running, Biking, Swimming)

It would be very helpful for the Strava App to be able to track oxygen saturation from devices.

On the hill segment leaderboards, I have noticed that the people in first have gotten a faster time by going down the hill instead of up it. For example, there is a VERY steep hill near my house that most people average around 22-45 seconds on going up, but the top two have a time of 5 & 11 seconds, and soon inspection it showed that they had went down the hill (most likely at the cost of their shins) and got 1st and 2nd for that hill. Would adding a system to check if the time was achieved during a rise or decline in elevation be of help?

I ran a marathon this weekend and started my garmin about one minute late, so my activity is showing that I didn’t quite run a full marathon. Is there a way to edit the map to add that initial ~.1 mile?

Hi, I ran today 3h02min (for the 180 minutes challenge) according to my PolarFlow app and my Asics Runkeeper app. But instead of receiving a challenge badge, the Strava app says:"You ran only 2h59m26sec". Apparently I've stopped once at a crossroad to see if I had to go left or right. Can you please fix this so the real time counts?

The Map Egine to create maps is great !Can you please extend it for the page used to see already created maps?quite often I get a route from someone else and the only way I can see it in fully details is byGet link from someone else’s route → Duplicate → Edit The map → opens the Map EgineIdeally it should be:Get link from someone else’s route → Open map egine ( view only mode) The current page to see routes is very outdated

I am a member of a local cycling club and weekly we have club rides. These club rides have different groups (a - e) so that depending on your skill level you can join a different group. The start times can vary as do the routes that the groups will follow.  My request would be to make the events more in the style of zwift where each event has multiple groups and a person can select one of the groups to join. At this point there is the need to create 5 events for each which is overkill and I think it could be a lot more user friendly if a person selects the event for a club on a given day and under that decides on one of a number of groups that will ride that event. Thanks for the great work and hopefully this is something that could be added to your roadmap for the near future 😉

Idea DescriptionI often climb my home mountain by different routes (north ridge, west side, etc.) and descend by many different paths — sometimes on foot, sometimes running, biking, or skiing. What I’m interested in isn’t just individual activities, but knowing how many times I’ve actually reached the top regardless of the route taken.My idea:Allow users to create a custom map pin with a radius (an “area of interest”, e.g., around a summit or specific point). The Fitbit Charge 6 used to upload to strava with elevation on hikes bikes walks even though it does not have a built in altimeter, so it has never been possible to track elevation directly with the Charge 6. The GPS chip in the Charge 6 is not designed to display elevation, as it can be very inaccurate. The data i used to see was actually calculated by Strava, and not Fitbit (i.e those who weren’t connected to Strava - or similar app - never saw that data). It seems that there is a recent issue (since Jan 7th 2026) where Strava is no longer able to calculate correctly or just shows 0 (which is what stand alone fitbit is designed to show). One suggested work around : Use "Adjust Elevation" on Strava: Open the affected activity on the Strava website (desktop), click the three-dot menu, and select "Correct Elevation". This forces Strava to recalculate the elevation based on your GPS coordinates and their mapping database.But basically I

Hi there,I signed up on my apple iphone to try a free trial and now trying to cancel.  I can’t cancel through my subscriptions on the apple iphone, nor do i see a way to cancel on the web.  I’ve followed guidance from the Strava chatbot and have had no success.Also when they say what email they will contact its some private relay email address, even though they sent a receipt to my personal email.I’ve basically told the chatbot that I will flag a charge from them as fraudalent since I’ve reached out multiple times.  I haven’t heard from them at all.Anyone else have the same problem?  This seems like a total scam.
