Did a bike ride yesterday, got notification that it was uploaded, changed title and saved it. But it’s not showing in my feed or in my activity list. It is included in the weekly total, but that’s it.

I have got some problem. I using strava app in my iPhone 8. Its was working very well, but after reinstall is not working propally again. Before create a new activity, i cant see buttons to close and to configure others things.I have tried to reinstall and reboot the phone. I need help!Strava version: v411.0.0(r48014)Follow image bellow: 

Hey folks,  I used to be able to make posts on my profile page and in clubs but for the last few months, it is giving me an error. It just says ‘something went wrong’ and does not get posted. I don’t think I have changed anything. My Strava version is uploaded and so is my iOS. What may be the problem? I’m attaching an image of the issue I face. Thanks in advance. 

I ran a ½ marathon 3 days ago with the Strava app on my Apple Watch & the activity is showing as “not synched.” I have tried the forced shut down, logging out & logging back in the app & it will not synch the workout. I have done workouts after the ½ marathon that has synched with the app. How do I get that 1 workout to synch?

Hi, I was riding yesterday using my IGP BSC300 bike computer that is connected to Strava. I received a call from a friend to go and visit. I have never been to his place so I asked for the address to navigate there and I wanted to create a route to the address in the Strava App but I found it impossible to simply add the address in a just ask the App to plan the route. There is a search option but when adding the address it would take it as the start point, once the start point is selected there is no longer a search option only the pencil or adding another waypoint by scrolling the map. I think this should be a really basic function, so I wonder what is that I do wrong? In desktop there is no problem with this. Thanks

When I am creating a route the default surface type is “Any Surface Type” so I always have to open the dropdown and click “Prefer Paved Surfaces”.Because 99% of my rides are road rides this is a bit annoying having to do this every time I’m creating a route.It’s not a game changer but is there anyway to have “Prefer Paved Surfaces” as the default and not “Any Surface Type”?Cheers,C

Hello, i am experiencing a issues with my strava app, it doesn't count all my km, in total activities I have a 39.35 km this week  but in statistic in group I have only 15.6 km visible. Is there a way to accumulate the difference

I record my activities on my Samsung Watch 7 Ultra (WearOS) using the Samsung Fitness WearOS app.  I am able to mark laps in that app.  I see the run correctly partitioned into laps when I view the activity in Samsung Fitness itself, but when I sync to Strava, in the Strava data it just shows the default of “laps” being delineated at 1-mile intervals.Am I supposed to get the Samsung Fitness laps transferring to Strava during sync, or is lap data not something that is synced? 

I have recently moved, so deleted all the routes relevant to my old house. Now no new routes will sync with my Garmin Edge 530, and likewise the deleted ones are still there. When I go to Connect IQ > Strava Routes > I can preview it, but when I try to 'Navigate' I get error 2050. I have tried removing the connection and reconnecting between Garmin/Strava. Likewise have removed and added the star to the routes.It's quite annoying as I've just moved to a new area and am having to navigate looking at my iPhone...Any ideas please?

I have a Pixel 3 Android phone and my Strava app frequently stops recording during activities. I've given the app all of the permissions I can find. Friends using the app to record the same activity don't seem to have this issue. I've tried to reach out to customer service but can't get past their totally unhelpful bot. Any suggestions?

Hi!I recently picked up a non-electric scooter from Decathlon so I can save some time on walks while still getting some movement in, instead of going lazy with an electric scooter.I'm looking for a workout type (preferably in Strava) that would roughly match the calorie calculation, while also logging my heart rate, speed/distance and GPS route in to my Apple Health/Fitness apps. While editing a route when a waypoint is already selected to be moved, if I pinch to zoom I'm immediately zoomed way out such that my waypoint is in the ocean and I'm viewing the entirety of the US and Mexico. At that point I can't even zoom back in. Seems zoom just isn't supported while moving a waypoint. This is made worse by the fact that if I zoomed in before moving a waypoint, when I select a waypoint for moving, I'm zoomed out slightly by what seems like a minimum zoom factor. This is making it extremely hard to edit a map on mobile. Strava for Android version 358.12.

On my local hill, the MTB trails have been maintained and upgraded over the years, i.e. got their lines slightly changed and features added. Hence, the existing Strava segments and leaderboards aren't relevant anymore because the trails are now different, often longer. How should one go about this? Add new segments on top of the existing ones? Will this make a mess? How could the old segments be removed (not sure I can find their creators and make them do it)? Many thanks!

I must have accidentally turned off my AI and have logged a ticket for Strava to turn it back on? How long does this usually take from experience?

Can i have a refund for my subscription, I mistakenly subscribed to a 1 year subscription, and I haven't pay my bils in my water. I badly want to get back my money, I don't have anything in me right now, please!!

The update that shares pictures now with the info, is good, however it distorts the picture and missed half out. It was much better the way it was before, can we have that option back!

I hope you are all well ☺️I searched and couldn't find this question, but maybe a similar one has already been asked and I apologize if that is the case.Basically, I started alternating walking and running in my workouts. When I record it as walking, the total exercise time appears. When I record it as running, the time drops drastically.What can I do in this case?Thank you very much in advance and wishing you the best!

It seems like a very “simple” idea but being able to move photos around on your specific Strava Activity. For example, if you want a certain photo or video at the “beginning” or “front” of the media included on a specific activity, you have to delete all of the media after it and reupload the media in the order you want it to be shown. I think it would be great to have a way, when editing your Strava activity, to be able to move photos and videos around (similar to organizing an Instagram post that includes multiple photos) to different spots in their chronological order, rather than having to delete media and then reuploading it in the order you want it to be displayed.
