API how to refresh API access token not user access token

Hello I would like to ask how to refresh the API access token which I can see on the settings/api strava web page In the documentation only shows how to refresh USER access tokens , thank you

Thank you for your post. You can refer to this Authorization documentation. Scroll down a bit to you see where it reads, " To refresh an access token...."
