API Limit with old account

Hello,
I have used Strava API a long time ago (around 2020) with my current account, and I have set everything up on my app, which was working just fine with multiple athletes,

I haven't used the app for a long time but then the API Key that I had became invalide, when I tried to use a new API Key, it says that their is a maximum limit of 1 athlete at a time.

Is it possible to remove that limit like what I had before ? or do I have to apply for a new review although I was using the service juste fine before ?
