I'm experiencing an issue with the Athlete Intelligence feature in the Strava app. Every time I finish an activity, I receive an error message saying "Oops – something went wrong," and no summary is generated.
I’ve already tried restarting the app and resetting it completely, but the problem persists. The feature used to work fine before, so I’m not sure what’s causing this.
Could you please look into this or let me know if there’s a known fix?

I have the same issue. “Oops, something went wrong” with details Athletes Intelligence. Attempted to remove and reinstall app., but no joy. Anyone else have this issue?
+29I’ve just tried - synced 3 activities (1 walk, 2 runs) and it seems to work correctly; iOS app, syncing activities from AW.
Maybe it's specific to OS/device..?
+27I only get that error with the “Say More” button.
I have been getting the same error message upon pressing the say more button on athlete intelligence for my activities yesterday and today that I recorded with the Strava app. Am an android mobile phone user. Device restart, app log out/in, and app reinstallation have not helped.
A way to fix this would be greatly appreciated!
