Data importer App - shows 3 hours difference in time (always) and incorrect distance (sometimes)

Using DaFit app to export data to Strava but it seems that every time there is a difference of 3 hours in the time of the activity (if the workout was done at 3pm, it shows 6pm on strava when exported). Also, sometimes the the distance on strava is almost double of what it is on the app (with the start and end point tied up together somehow)

How to fix this?

Some others have reported similar problems with the DaFit app. The solution was to use another app.

Another App means I change my watch. Doesn’t seem like a solution. Any other option?

There’s plenty of data importer apps,

https://www.strava.com/apps/data-importer

You’re not mentioning what watch you're using so hard to tell which one could help you, but if you describe your setup in more detail, someone may be able to recommend a specific app from that list.

With respect to the time shift, did you check this: https://support.strava.com/hc/en-us/articles/216515918-My-activity-has-the-wrong-date-or-start-time
