Hi,

I ran today 3h02min (for the 180 minutes challenge) according to my PolarFlow app and my Asics Runkeeper app. But instead of receiving a challenge badge, the Strava app says:"You ran only 2h59m26sec". Apparently I've stopped once at a crossroad to see if I had to go left or right. Can you please fix this so the real time counts?

For those challenges only the moving time counts, else you could get the badge by making 3 hours pause. It’s possible that even your real moving time was above 3 hours, but because Strava recalculates that from the GPS data some other parts of the run are regarded as paused too. You could try your luck with the “Correct distance” feature on the Strava website (this would change the time too) but if it does not work unfortunately this can’t be fixed outside of manipulating the source file.

This is not about a 3hour pause. It's only 34seconds on a +3 hour run.... 1 stop at a crossroad and 1 stop to take a picture. In total I moved according to other apps more than 3 hours.

Not a proper solution but if the badge is very important for you, try marking that run as a “race” - in general, the elapsed time then takes precedence in such an activity. I’m not 100% sure whether that's going to work for the challenge purpose but maybe it's worth a try.
