Hi!

I'd like to know how to add vertical to treadmill run afterwards? If I run on a treadmill for example 10 km and 500 m vertical, Polar does not collect the vertical data from treadmill and so it won't be transferred to Strava. So, can I fix it to Strava to that treadmill run? That way I could add it to yearly vertical meters.

Thanks for answers!

Hi @Mari_anna , you can’t add elevation to an existing activity, but as a workaround you can create an additional manual activity on https://www.strava.com/upload/manual. Note that you must not set the treadmill flag there in order for the elevation to count.

Ok, thanks! That's what I thought! It would be a good development idea for Stava, that user could add vertical to treadmill run afterwards. And would it be usefull to separate treadmill vertical and trailrun vertical from the yearly vertical meters. Just an idea! Thanks.

@Mari_anna  unfortunately Strava doesn't accept feature requests at this hub anymore. If you’d like to suggest an idea, there's a contact form that you can use:
