On the mobile app when go from You » Profile » Subscription Overview, it states on my account “You’ve been a subscriber since August 2024.”
However, I was billed today (March 3rd) for my annual subscription renewal. I went back in my email and see that this is the correct date for the billing - I originally signed up for annual subscription on March 3rd 2025. I have no clue where this August 2024 is coming from.
I would like support in requesting processing a refund due to the misleading representations in the app which lead me to believe I would be due for an annual fee in August, not March.
Additionally, I would like the Strava developer team to investigate this bug and fix it so no further users experience this same issue.
