Hello, I tried submitting a ticket because I had a subscription unauthorized. However, this system is very frustrating because it only says “Ask a question,” repeatedly. It’s making it very hard to do one so I finally got the AI Assistant to send the email to a specialist, not sure if that’s the ticket though.
