My app has reached the athlete limit capacity of 999 and has exceeded the daily request limit of 3000 (read) requests. Many new users are still trying to sign in but are met with a 403 error. If there is any possibility of increasing both the athlete limit and the rate limit, that would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
I have already emailed developers@strava.com multiple times but have yet to hear back from them. Any update would be appreciated.
