Hi, I purchased the Strava family plan, but two of my family members can't join. It says they live in another country, which isn't true. My partner spent the last month training in Spain. I was there with him too, and I have activities in that region, but we live in Poland, and here in Poland I purchased a plan. My brother mostly rides in the Czech Republic for professional reasons, but he's also Polish with an account in Poland. What can I do?

Hi ​@katka.kropielnicka, it sounds like you all have different country codes saved in your profiles. That's something that users can't change themselves, you'll need to contact Strava Support to get it corrected.
