My sister and I are are in a club that I had created for us, and we decided to a club virtual run as we are in different cities and wanted to motivate each other. We both started within 15 minutes of the planned start time, and ran the distance that I had set on the event.
However the Event Insights says that there were zero show ups, despite us both having activities logged onto Strava doing the run and we had both RSVP'ed the run.
I have read that it only says you show up if you are at the meet up/do the planned route, but this is a virtual event so there is no meet up point. Is this a bug? If not, why is this the case?
