It's been a week since I've opened up my original ticket and I've yet to see any reply. I have opened up a new ticket but there still isn't any reply. I have been getting really worried since I need the money back for my tuition. Has anyone been in a situation like this with Strava's support team? I'm getting really worried and panicked now..

How long does you need to process my refund subscription request?

Hi I'm waiting for the update for the refund I requested last May 31, 2025 according to your policy that I can get refund if I cancel within 14 days after the purchase and it was an accidental purchase I've sent multiple tickets but no response at all as one of your admin said it's a lot on que how long does it will be resolved next week next month or next week your support is so bad can't handle the complain of the customer refund my money it's been so long 

Anyone already refunded after 14 days? I accidentally subscribe for the annual subscription. But I don't want to subscribe any of it. It deduct my e wallet money. Please help if anyone already refunded. ?

Hi everyone! I just wanted to kindly ask if anyone has experienced this before. A few days ago, I submitted a refund request to Strava Support for a subscription renewal that I wasn't expecting. I’ve already canceled the subscription and sent all the necessary details, including my GPA ID and screenshots. It’s been about 3 days without a reply, so I gently followed up. After that, I noticed that the priority of my request changed from “Normal” to “High.” I was just wondering — has this happened to anyone before?🌱 Does the priority change usually mean they’ve started reviewing it?🌱 How long did it take for you to get a response or result? I truly appreciate any kind of feedback or shared experiences. I sent in a ticket, per the directions in the support center for help with my subscription almost two weeks ago. I keep getting emails saying sorry for the delay here's some articles that might help which of course don't and again still no action on my request.  Clearly strava doesn't care about good customer service.

Hello,my friend offered me to join his family strava plan. Unfortunately strava tells me, that I have to live in the same country to join him. In fact we live in the same country, so what can I do to be able to enter the plan? Is there someone from support to check it out?My country is set to the Malaysia in my settings, but when I try to join the plan, the price shows in dollars ($) instead of Malaysia Ringgit (RM).i already raised a ticket, but havent got any agent assigned yet. Thank you,Adrian

Every time I try to open a route, either my own or another, I get a “sorry, this one stays red” error message

Hi Team,I have been using Strava mobile app for many years and really like the app. I have one feedback, as of now the segments can be defined for each sport type (Run, Walk, Hike and etc...). But it will be easy and more convenient if there is an option to include more than one type of sport under the same segment. With such option, users need not define multiple segments on the same route/path. With my proposal, there can be an option to filter sport wise, so that users can view others efforts based on each sport wise using the filtering. Please review and let me know if you need more details, I would be happy to connect via mobile call as well 👍👍 Regards,Paramesh. Hello! My Garmin watch has bugged and has analyzed a heart rate well above my actual heart rate. This is messing up all of Strava's calculations. How do I change my average heart rate on a Strava activity?

I'd really like an option to “keep north up” while looking at maps, but not navigating. While checking out routes/segments/ friends activities, I'll often accidentally rotate the map, and not be able to re-orient north up. I'd like a button (like Google maps has) to re-orient north up when that happens,Thx.

A while ago they changed the nordic skiing icon from the crossed skis (currently used for alpine skiing) to a set of side by side skis. I am proposing to swap the alpine and the nordic skiing activity icons. Nordic skiing is also known as cross country skiing, making the crossed ski a better suited icon. (I also thing the current nordic icon is ugly). Cheers!

I manage a Strava club that was verified a few years ago. I am currently planning to update both the name of the club and location of the club.Before proceeding, I would like to confirm:If I change the club name and location, will the club retain its verified status, or will it require re-evaluation for verification?

Recently since the Strava app update around 6/8/2025, whenever I save a ride, my default bicycle is not being used even though when I check my gear it’s set to default bicycle. When I save my ride now it only gives me the option to select a new gear and doesn’t show my default bike and give me the option to select a different saved bike like it did in the past. Anybody know of a fix for this?  Everytime I save a ride now I have to go back in and edit my ride to select my bike. This is very annoying. 

Hi - Starting recently (last two weeks?) the bar chart on the left side of my dashboard page has started only showing bars for road runs, and not showing bars for trail runs. This despite the fact that the calculation of total running mileage above the chart is accurate, i.e. includes both. So e.g., my weekly goal is 19 miles, and I’ve done two runs so far totaling ~9 miles, so it says I’ve done 9 of 19 but only shows a bar for the 5 miles that were done as a road run, and doesn’t show a bar for the 4 miles trail run.Is this a bug, or is there some new control toggle somewhere that I haven’t discovered?-p

i created strava segment and after editing it leaderboard disappeared even though i didnt changed anything while editing

Hi Can someone help me. I recently completed a challenge and got an email to say that the Summer Lead Out Fizik had been completed . And then a button to Redeem Reward. Upon clicking this I then get a message on the Fizik website: . Sorry We're out for a ride. I contacted Fizik suypport and asked, What does that mean and what reward should I get?To which they haver replied they know nothing of it and to contact Strava. Does anyone on here know anything about this or know how and the best way to contact Strava support?tks 

run tracked on Apple Watch - went to upload page and pressed ‘import’ - there is now a tick by the run however there is nothing on my page. I have deleted the app / turned phone off and on again but still not working.
