I have heartrate data from indoor cycling sessions ( no gps data ) and I want my app to be able to upload the session once it's finished to strava. I have been able to create an activity with only the average heartrate, but i have not been able to do so with accurate data for each moment to be able to view a heartrate graph. My data would is something like this but i can change the time to date: ( same for power ) [{ hrp: 50, time: 0 }, { hrp: 55, time: 10 }, ....]

I have coppied the <i frame> code to place the clubs 'Latest Activities' Is it possible to change the settings so that it shows say 'Activities in the Month'? Thanks for bringing the forum / chat for us

Hey fellow Strava enthusiasts,Hope you're all doing great! I've been working on this awesome app that's going to integrate with Strava using the Strava API. I've been diving into the API documentation and it's been a blast. 🚴‍♂I've got a quick question for those of you who might have experience with this: I stumbled upon the STRAVA API PROGRAM SUBMISSION FORM, and it's got me wondering whether I should fill it out before launching my app on the Play Store or after. Hi, I'm looking into the Strava API, and we'd like to have the ability to start and stop an activity.  However, from what our development says, there is no explanation in the documentation on how to start and stop an activity (such as run, bike, etc)   Does anyone know if this is possible and, if so, how to do it?Thanks,Dan Native Voice

I called Strava API to connect the athlete with my app, I need some required information about the athlete. Email is the first priority of them, but I can't see the email of the athlete. I already tried with the all of scope but still I don't see the email. How can I get the email of the athlete?

Im looking for a way to access goals (ie Profile > Progess > Goals) and challenge (ie Groups > Challenges) progress from the API (for example lets say a monthly running goal of 100KM is set up then I can see okay 56.2/100 KM done or whatever or for the September Running challenge it can tell me also 56.2/100KM done) Is there a way to access this? I don't see it in documentation.To be clear I just want to read the details of the challenges that the user has setup or signed up for not modify anything and not see challenges from anyone else

I noticed that strava is uploading different data then i have on my watch or on my bike. Is that normal ? I guess its not. Regards,Alen 

I'm trying to onboard to start using the Strava API for personal use and I'm stuck at literally step 1.Reading the documentation here, it says:Any registered Strava user can obtain an access_token by first creating an application at https://www.strava.com/settings/api.This page does not work. I see the header for My API Application, then right below it an error message that reads Something went wrong. I've attached a screenshot below. This is super discouraging that step one of onboarding doesn't work for the API.

I've created a route, now i need to find where roads, that vehicles can legally drive on, will intersect with the route.  and have those points be able to be clearly transferred to apple/google maps so aid station workers can simply drive to said points, setup an aid station and wait for the runners to show up.

My app does not handle the datastreams well if time does not start at 0. Some activities of other users have this issue. I have not been able to get this on one of my own activities.How can i replicate this in an activity to test and handle the error this causes? I have a phone and a Wahoo Bolt to test with.Thanks,Lucas

I am a post-grad student, studying for a Masters in Data Science.I am working on a project using machine learning tools to analyse individuals' historical training and race fit / gpx / tcx data, and to identify successful training patterns and strategies.This analysis would then be used to build and train a model to enable any runner to create their own training program, entirely personalised to their running history.At the moment, I am limited to accessing data from people that have provided it to me directly. Is there anyone at Strava that can be contacted for this sort of request?Thanks!

Users upload Fit to Strava through App authorization.The result returned by Strava told me that it was successful, but some users reported that no exercise data was uploaded to the Strava platform. What is the reason for this situation?

Bonjour je trouve dommage que l'on puisse accepter des sorties en vélo avec des vitesses a plus de 100km pour des amateurs quelconque ou des montées d'un col plus vite que des cyclistes professionnels... La plus part du temps oublie d'arrêter l'application après les sorties de vélo... Et roule en voiture après et si ça ne choque personne !!!!  dû coup les segments sont faussés... I am currently developing a mobile application and many of our users ask us if they can export their workouts to Strava.  We can post some workout data to /activities https://developers.strava.com/docs/reference/#api-Activities-createActivity through your API but, the workout data is very limited. Is there a way I can post all of the variables under https://developers.strava.com/docs/reference/#api-models-DetailedActivity to /activities or another endpoint? That would allow sending more complete data from our users to Strava.Thanks!

Why does my workout of kinomap and iconsole not upload in garmin. Can anyone help me please

Hello everyone,I am the president of the exercise science club at Chatham University and we are trying to mix things up this year with our events. I would really like to be able to host group challenges for the club to get students active and participating, the only problem is in order to do group challenges you have to have a subscription. I can understand why they would want you to have a subscription in order to make the challenges but I do not see the need to have to pay just to participate in them. More students would be interested in using the app if this feature is free so I would like find some kind of work around. I am also not sure if this is the suggestions box for the company to look at but if it isn't could someone tell me where to go please?It would be really great for the University to host private challenges for the students only. Thanks!

I understand the idea that heatmaps lines are graded so that we can see more and fewer travelled routes. But many of us are less concerned with that. Many would like to see the routes that theyve ridden, period. my most memorable rides are rides that Ive only ridden once and Id like to see them on my heatmap. But because they've only been ridden once they are so faint that I cant even see them. Ive tried playing with the colors but nothing works. make it so that all rides are solid, visable lines. Or at least make that an option like some other 3rd party apps have done. 

Hello, I'm trying to import my past 1900+ activities from MapMyRun. I have all activities exported in TCX format. But some activities has no GPS data (for example Gym workout). Strava bulk upload is rejecting those files. Can I somehow import them?
