Hello - I was prompted to reach out to Strava to change my club name (the club is verified). However, Strava support says they are not able to handle these issues. Any suggestions?

We’ve all been there… A KOM Stolen by an e-biker, people using lead outs and groups to take a KOM or something that looks so questionable you only hope teams are sweating up riders with amazing contracts…For the solo warrior whilst it’s not all about the KOMs surely these should be solo efforts and should have all data visible HR and power as if legit you should have nothing to hide.Whether Strava run the algorithm by solo rider or no other rides on the same segment within say xx seconds and all power data and HR visible it would be great to have a champion of champions league board as would help filter out races or other variables creating an automatic level playing field.

All Apple Watches are equipped with a barometric altimeter, so I don't understand why Strava doesn't take this data into account and recalculates everything with uncertainties. Will elevation data ever be taken into account?

I use the Huawei Health app and sync it using both the Huawei Health and Health Sync apps. The sync is reported as successful, but no activities appear in the Strava app. Please check and help me.

I have an pixel watch 2 and I start my runs using using my watch and the Strava app. However, when I'm running I would like to have audio cues that tell me how far I've run or for how long I've run. I do wear earphones that is connected to my phone and I still don't get any audio cues

The directional arrow of the Strava map while riding a bicycle trying to follow a route I created is off by at least 90 degrees. Makes trying to follow a route nearly impossible. You need to keep using your fingers to “twist” the map to the correct direction of travel. It’s my understanding that the blue directional arrow should alway point in the direction of travel(top of phone). It used to work several versions ago. Yes I am using the latest firmware and iOS . It is not my bike or phone as it is working with other apps. See attached photo. I am gearing up for another year of riding but if the map directions don’t work I will need to cancel Strava and use another way finding app. Any suggestions?

Hello, in the Strava app on Android I am trying to unsubscribe from a user I was previously subscribed to and I can't. I click "Unsubscribe" and news about this user comes again. I don't want to hide the news about the user, I just want to unsubscribe.

It has been brought to my attention that Strava is allowing motorcyclists to use Strava under the e-bike activity. I get the problem with e-bikes populating regular bike leaderboards but nothing seems to be done about motorcyclists using Strava as e-bikes.

Hi there, I have 2 Strava profiles. The first profile I created gave me full access & I pay the subscription fee.  I then created a second profile as I couldn’t access my first one (forgotten password) which has all my activities and up to date info.   How do I combine the two profiles without losing all my activities logged,  so that I get full use/access to the account which I’m paying for? 

Today I uploaded a trail run to Strava, 15km along the Levadas in Madeira.  When I looked at the data, I was surprised to see the same run showing up from 2017!  This is my first time in Madeira.  What's going on?

Hello all. I can see the activity description, small map and any media media uploaded on everyone’s activity on my feed screen. But when I press the small map to get to the detail screen I see all details of the activity but cannot see the map.  All I see is the line of the route with no underlying map.  There’s just a blank white screen under the route.  This is true for everyone’s activities and not just my own so I don’t think it’s a map visibility issue on my end. I’ve tried logging out and logging back in, rebooting the phone, clearing the cache and data and even uninstalling and reinstalling the app but I stiil have this problem.  The website works perfectly nomally.The phone is a Oneplus 10T 5G running Android 14. Could it be a dependency that the app has on some component of the OS on the phone?  I’ve disabled a number of Google apps, like Gmail, Google Assistant, Android Auto and a few others. I have been double charged by Strava and the money they’ve deducted is allocated for something else ASAP. 

Sometimes I forget to turn off Strava after my workout and so it looks like I’m doing a super long workout. Is there a way to edit the Elapsed time so that it is accurate to my actual workout? 

I’m unable to create routes using the route builder due to error. Has anyone experienced similar problems? 

Buenas tardes, en la última actualización de strava solo pueden verse los segmentos en los cuales se ha hecho PR, copa o corona. Pero ya no existe la posibilidad de poder ver todos los segmentos en el mapa como anteriormente, ahora hay que ir uno a uno y no puedes verlos en el recorrido como antes, esto creo que no ha sido una mejora. Lo de ver los KOM etc está muy bien, pero debería estar la opción de ver todos los segmentos en el mapa como anteriormente. Gracias de antemano 

why don’t trail running activities count toward elevation goals or challenges?

Why are there comment limitations, especially as a subscriber to Strava? There has been a local race on today, so I'm wanting to comment on many Strava friends' posts. However, due to limited comment amounts being allowed, I can't do this. I think that I've only commented on about 20 people's posts! Why have such extreme limitations to an app, which is all about boosting each other through kudos and comments?! I find this bizarre and highly frustrating. It is even more frustrating that I cannot scroll back through people's posts as far as I'd like, as it only allows me to go so far back! Why is this also? 

Hello, I’ve noticed that all my feeds from the beginning of the month have disappeared.  Not just my activities but people who I follow.  This is affecting my iPhone and PC.  I have done another activity today which has gone through and showing in my feeds but still missing old feeds.  Thanks

I love Strava for more than tacking how fast I completed any one segment. I use it to track wear on my components and my overall distance over a given timeframe.  I recently read this article on Bike Radar : https://www.bikeradar.com/features/opinion/why-ive-got-a-big-problem-with-strava Where the author has given up on Strava because of his competitive nature and how he feels when he views how his performance stacked up against others. I’ve heard this same argument from so many others too. While I like to see how I stack up against others, some clearly don’t. It might be an idea to allow users to disable segment time tracking or time tracking altogether.  It seems to me Strava provides much more value than this one piece that is pushing users away. Just a thought. 

So, here i am again because apparantly this is the only place where i can get at least a reaction… I want to change my emailadress, but dont have acces to the currently linked emailadress and password. The strava account is linked to my old facebook account. In the past 6 weeks i opened 4 tickets on the strava app, and send at least 3 emails. I didn't even get a reaction! I honestly dont know what to do anymore.It's just scandalous how bad the customer service is...

Hi all, I am using a Xiaomi smartwatch to record my open water swim (outdoor) using GPS. The watch and corresponding app track it correctly BUT when uploaded into strava, the data becomes incorrect eg 27m, when I swam 1.5km. All my open water swim data seems to be constantly stuck between 24-28m. Oddly my first ever open water swim uploaded the correct data (of 500m) and since then, has been incorrect. Is there any way to fix this? I have refreshed connection between Xiaomi app and strava numerous times but to no avail. The activity is classified as a “swim” in strava  

 i would like to ask if strava will refund for unwanted subscription because it suddenly deducted to my ewallet account (gcash) with out my permission
