Hi Strava Developer Support, I submitted my request for increasing athlete connection limit a few weeks ago and still have not heard back. No worries as I’m sure you get quite a lot of these to review, but I was wondering when I may expect a response.  Thank you!

I’ve tried several times in several different browsers to open the link from Question #2 in the Strava API FAQ.The link to the form is http://share.hsforms.com/1VXSwPUYqSH6IxK0y51FjHwcnkd8, but clicking it gets the same response from multiple browsers:Is it no longer used? Is something in its place? Or is this an issue on the Rook side of things?

Hello,I have developed an application called PaceWar (https://www.pacewar.com). My API Application - Client ID 232323PaceWar is a gamified fitness platform where runners and cyclists compete to dominate territories on real-world maps.Users connect their Strava accounts via OAuth to automatically sync their activities. These activities are processed to calculate territory ownership based on distance covered within defined map areas.Currently, the application is limited to 1 athlete, and I would like to request an increase in the athlete limit so multiple users can connect their Strava accounts.We only access activity data (distance, time, GPS tracks) and do not share user data with third parties.The app is already live and ready for real users.Thank you.

I got approved as a dev and my athlete limit got increased to 999, but I’m unable to get players onboarded. This issue just doesn’t change.

Hi community and Strava team,I submitted our application for PeakFlow on April 15, 2026, and received the automated confirmation. Currently, our app is stuck with the default 1-user OAuth limit.As a B2B2C coaching platform, this limit is now actively blocking our new users from completing their onboarding flow. Athletes are trying to connect their accounts and are getting rejected by the authorization screen. We've had to temporarily build a workaround asking them to log data manually, which defeats the purpose of our Strava integration.App ID: 215535I completely understand there is a review queue, but is there any way to get a temporary bump in the user limit while we wait for the full review to conclude? We are losing real users over this constraint.Thanks for any guidance!

Hello,I’m making a website for my local community to share all the routes in my area in one place.For doing that, I use the route integration with the <HTML> code.I was just wondering if there is a limit of routes that can be integrated from an account? I would not like my accound to be suspended for that :) Thank you,

Has anyone heard back? What’s the latest timeframe? I was just going from 1->10 so this should be easy and low weight. 

Posting here as a last resort, developers@strava.com has not responded after multiple attempts over weeks.This is currently a production incident. On April 27 we saturated the 300 / 15 min app rate limit. Activity imports and history backfills are failing with HTTP 429 in a re-enqueue loop; we had to manually drain ~250 queued tasks to disk to stop the runaway and pause replay until the daily window resets at 00:00 UTC. I am developing an app (in flutter) where I want to use the official Strava app as a possible means of authentication using the oauth2 flow as describes in the Strava documentation.However, I am stuck in getting the official Strava to work at all in the Android simulator (I’m using IntelliJ Ultimate in case it matters). This is completely unrelated to the app I am developing, using these steps:create an Android image including the Appstore in the simulator (I tried Pixel 4, Pixel 8a, Pixel Pro XL with different versions of the Android api) install the Strava app from the Appstore (need to sign in to your google account) start the Strava app enter your email address, wait for the one-time-token enter the one-time token see a red notification with “try again with new token”Tried with two different accounts, on separate days, at least two dozen times.Sadly I no longer have an account available

Hello, I have built an data importer application for strava, and strava team very effectively granted me the initial athlete capacity and api limits. The application is much more welcomed than estimated, I am now have numbers of active users very close to the initial limit of the athlete capacity.  I requested to increase my athlete capacity from strava about 7 business days ago via application form. I know strava said 8-10 business days for an application. But I just want to know if there is any ways could check the progress of the application?  thanks guys!
