Strava is giving me a huge headache right now. I cannot change my email, or password on my strava account which is problematic because the email it is attached to was deleted years ago. Everytime I try and enter the password, I either get a message saying that my account has been temporarily suspended, or the password is wrong. Even though I am entering the same password every time. I am getting really frustrated. So I created a new STRAVA account and tried to transfer my data over, but turns out you have to have access to both emails in order to do that. I tried deleting my account, can’t because I don’t have access to that original email address. I just want to either change the email address on my first account I’ve had since 2020 or transfer all the data to my new account that I set up last week. PLEASE HELP!

Have you created a support ticket? I’d start with that first

Hi ​@Justice_C, as ​@Rixter you’ll need to contact Support, only they can assist with this - the community hub is a place where fellow athletes help out each other, but we don't have any access to accounts and such.

Just be prepared that you might need to be patient, the response time of Support is rather longer these days due to a backlog of tickets. Anyway, here's how to contact them:
