Account linked to email I dont have access to

I have an account I use for administering/posting my cycling club rides.  Changed it to a new email but alas that got locked and is not recoverable.

 

Have followed the Strava advice of email help desk twice and have waited two weeks with no response.  Is this really the way a paying customer should be treated?

Anyone have any advice on how to actually get some action?

Hi ​@MikeBrown,

from what I hear, the Suport team is dealing with a backlog of tickets, meaning that the response time is rather long. However, only them can help you with this (here at the community hub, we don't have access to anything account-related). So all you can do now is wait, they will get back to you eventually.

I have also emailed with the same thing. I have my strava attached to an unrecoverable account so I need to update my email address, which I cannot do without accessing my old account which is no longer available.

I very much want to be able to access my account in order to accept a subscription family plan.

Here at the community hub, we don't have access to people's accounts, only Support does.

Thanks. Yes I sent email, just hoping it’s not going to be weeks for a response. Also attached link to my strava account.

It’s been nearly 4 weeks for me, not even an acknowledgement.  Absolute joke of a company to be honest.
