From reading the "Understanding Account Enforcement" support page, I see that a permanent suspension is reserved only "more serious offenses". Sharing my own phone number is not a serious offense, therefore a warning would have been the correct response based on Strava's own policy updated July 31, 2025
He’s sent some appeal emails to support but I want to help. We love the years of training history and memories on Strava, If there's anyone in here that can do something I’d appreciate it so much!! Is there a phone number we can call for a real person?
My dad got his account permanently suspended after he commented his phone number on a friend’s run. He pays for the subscription and has been a user for years. He’s not great with tech, but this is really egregious, we’re both pretty upset that he’s permanently suspended now instead of just a warning. Thanks
