Did a bike ride yesterday, got notification that it was uploaded, changed title and saved it. But it’s not showing in my feed or in my activity list. It is included in the weekly total, but that’s it.

can you still see it in the notifications list? That should work as a shortcut/bookmark to the ride. And would allow you to see what's possibly wrong.
The other day I saw a similar situation. Someone couldn't see a ride on their profile, but luckily had a link. And it turned out that the activity got somehow damaged, and the duration was greatly inflated - so that the end timestamp was far far in the future. Which is why Strava wasn't displaying the activity - and it would only appear once the end date & time had passed. - I’m not saying that the same happened in your scenario, but it's possible that it's something similar; the fix would be to delete the corrupted activity and re-sync it from your garmin again.
