Add component end of life (EOL) values for each component

Consider adding an End Of Life value for the components on the gear page. Like many users, I track all of my components for each bike. It would be beneficial to be able to add an EOL value for a component. For example, I'd like to get a strava  message when my tire life reaches 3000 miles, as an example. Sometimes, especially during the summer months, I ride almost daily and the miles accrue very quickly such that an EOL message would cause me to pause and check the wear on a component.
