I go on hikes, walks or even rides with either a weight vest or my child on my back. Please add a simple way to add extra weight, because changing my weight before every activity is nonsense and it can’t be done in retrospect either. It can have a huge influence on power/calories. Example: my last hike I had extra 25kg on me. that’s 30% of my body weight. Lots of calories on a 440m ascent.
