Add Winter Fat Biking as a sport

Winter fat biking has been growing in popularity for years. There are fat bike specific events and races occurring in different states. There should be a separate sport for winter fat biking, or even just for winter biking.

      Hi ​@nitarrific, this has been proposed already - from what I understand Strava isn't currently planning to add any new sports types, but still, you might want to vote for this:
