I use workoutdoors app on Apple Watch.  Recorded Parkrun time and Parkrun result match perfectly.  Yet when i upload to strava it changes the splits and Finnish time ? Every run ! Why ? It’s definitely incorrect….

@Handford this might be the difference between “moving time” and “elapsed time”. Check the details the activity to see if that's the case. And if it's indeed it, simply mark the activity as “Race”, so that it shows the elapsed time.

When you say Parkrun is this a result from the event?    Are you saying this matches your Apple Watch?

Strava uses a different method for calculating things so this may account for the difference.  Also, are you aware that via the web interface to Strava you can get it to recalculate your route and timings.  This may sort things out.

Yes from an event .  For simplicity sake , just Finnish time . Both Apple ultra watch app ( workoutdoors) and official Parkrun times match perfectly today . But upon upload to strava I somehow traveled back in time by 8 seconds ? 22.15 to 22.07 ? I now realise strava recalculates gps data etc. But actual finish time ? What’s the point in this app ? Why can’t I just import my trusted data ?😡

Ok thanks . It’s closer I suppose.
