so far I have always seen the annual kilometers  and with the different bikes, but now nothing in the app. I have the free membership.

thanks for confirming - I just wanted to rule out the duplicate account option as it seems to be happening a bit more frequently these days.

Anyway: you're referring to this view, correct? If you scroll through the different sport types (swipe the buttons row above the graph and tap each to check), do the missing kilometres show under any, or not at all? (my graph is running, not a bike, so it’s not a perfect example, sorry - but the reason I post it: it did confuse me at one point after I had started logging Trail Runs - and the kilometres under Run weren't adding up… I had to tap All Run to actually see everything.)

If it's not this, would you mind sharing some screenshots?

Ciao @moni speedy. Are your referring to your profile in the app?

In the app I have my profile with progress and activities of cycling.

At progress: I only see the kilometres of april.

a few weeks ago I have seen all the kilometres of the year 2025 and also the different bikes in the app.

But now nothing.

Hi @moni speedy

Can you actually *see* your older activities? I suspect you might have accidentally created a duplicate account. Can you please have a look if you see any activities from before April?
