I think it was because I commented my phone number on a post :( I need help appealing to get it back please!!

From reading the "Understanding Account Enforcement" support page, I see that a permanent suspension is reserved only "more serious offenses". Sharing my own phone number is not a serious offense, therefore a warning would have been the correct response based on Strava's own policy updated July 31, 2025

I have paid for the subscription for years, this is really crummy. If there's anyone in here that can do something I’d appreciate it so much!! Is there a phone number we can call for a real person?

Hi @dawsonj28,

You’ll need to submit a ticket - select the “Appeal” category:

Thank you Jana_S!! Is there a way I can get in contact with someone at strava?

I’ve sent emails and filled out a ticket without any response. This is horrible their systems are so hidden and complicated all because I commented my phone number.. I’m sure if I could a reach a real person they would fix this right away

@dawsonj28 The URL Jana stated is the way to get in contact with someone at Strava. You won’t get a phone number from their support, publishing those could get a bit difficult for them with the over 100 million Strava accounts. And as they repeatedly stated that they are overworked it could take some weeks to get back to you.

@dawsonj28 - thanks for posting here! Please note that all account and subscription inquiries will need to be handled by our Support team. The Community Hub is for general questions and information while our Support team will handle questions that require account access.

We checked internally and confirmed that our Support team has responded to you on Wednesday (20th of August) so we suggest you continue working with them towards the resolution.
