Hi Strava,

I just wanted to let you know that I've discovered a bug/error in the Strava app.

All my activities show "Athlete Intelligence." A short summary of my walk/hike/bike ride performance.

Now, for my last bike ride, it says I broke my personal bests in two segments. Looking at all the segments of that ride, I improved nine segment times, not just two.
For other cycling activities, where the AI also displays notifications about the segments of the ride, it says "multiple segments" or "segments such as x and x."
So, not every activity clearly shows the number of improved segments. My last activity does, however, and it doesn't match the actual number of segments improved.

I just wanted to report this.

Regards, Sander

(ps. the link to the Official Community Hub Feedback thread doesn't work.)

Image explanation:
Translation Dutch - English:
"Athlete Intelligence
Strong ride with an average power of 285 watts, personal bests on two segments, and a higher speed than your 30-day average."

Scrolling down, you immediately see three personal best times from the ride, not two. When I look under "performances," 12 are listed. Of these 12 performances, I improved on nine segments and finished second or third in the remaining times.

Hi,

If you want to report this as a bug to Strava then you will need to raise a ticket with Strava Support.   This is the community hub that is principally other Strava users (like me) who try to help fellow Strava users.

I always use the “Not helpful” feedback for the athlete “intelligence” if it fails again to count correctly.
