Having given kudos and comments on a number of athletes in my running club after yesterday’s Great Scottish Run my comments seem to have been disabled for almost 18 hours. I just get the “something went wrong please try again” error.

There is a limit to the number of comments a person can make in a day (or maybe a 24 hour period, not sure which). They haven’t stated what that actual number is, but have said that there is a limit. This is to help catch potential spammers.
+27You may have hit one of the undocumented limits. It should work again after some waiting time.
