Hello. I wonder if anyone else has successfully had their profile restored? Or had the same issue? I changed phone handsets (iPhone 11 to 16 pro) and around the same time had a temporary network issue. My apps including Strava had all transferred over, I’d connected my Garmin watch to my new handset, and synced the Garmin and Strava apps on my new phone. The network issue was sorted, my old phone traded in and wiped, went back into Strava on my new phone- and my profile is now gone. Same login, but no profile photo, no activities, following no one, no photos- but randomly 5 followers. Nothing else. Have contacted Strava who send automated replies with links to suggestions such as restoring deleted activities. There are none to restore- no suggestions work. I would really like my entire profile including all my contacts (65 or so). Is it fixable? Can Strava restore my profile in full from their server? Are there any other solutions. I would normally use Strava almost daily for a range of activities and do miss it but am not keen to start again. Thanks. P.s. all other apps transferred and working fine following login/authentication. Strava is the only one with an issue. Thanks.

If you log in from a web browser, can you see your data? Or - maybe you have shared some of your activities in the past - use those links to have a look.
Once you find the original profile, simply log into that. If you have issues accessing it, Strava Support should be able to help, but don't confuse them with “restoring” 🙂 what you want is help with password / account access.
