If I go to https://www.strava.com/strava-runna and click on “unlock the bundle” I get redirected to “my account” in my Strava profile.
But there I can’t see any option to get the Strava + Runna bundle. Is it not available in my region (Belgium)? How can I get the Strava + Runna bundle? Do I have to cancel my current Strava premium account and can I then opt for the bundle?

I’m not 100% sure what's causing the issue in your case, but it's not the fact that you already have Strava subscription - I do too, and I do see an option to upgrade to the bundle under my account, screenshot below.
I suspect it could indeed be the region (I’m in Czech Republic), but it's just a guess...
On the website I see that I need to unsubscribe from Runna first and afterwards I can click on the promotion banner (like in your printscreen) in my settings to make advance of the Strava + Runna bundle.
So I did unsubscribe from Runna, but I also cannot see the banner 🙈 I'm totally lost now
Ouch, that sounds like a proper mess… 😐 perhaps rather reach out to Support, they have rather longer response time these days but they should be able to sort it out for you. Here's how to contact them:
