I am planning a challenge at my outdoor business (ski resort) and was hoping to set it up so that you could ONLY see activities at the specific business location (i.e. hikes done at the resort are only tallied for total distance hiked). The goal is to have the challenges be “Most Days Hiked at the Resort” and “Most Elevation Gained” but how can I create it so that only activities done at the resort count toward the challenge? Would creating segments for all of the trails really be the best way to go about this?

Any and all tips would be very helpful. Thanks!

When you look at the "challenge gallery" on the web, and see things like this: https://www.strava.com/challenges/5143 where participants compete over a specific segment, please understand those are really paid advertisements placed by those corporations.  Commonly, companies like Le Col, Brooks and Red Bull pay Strava 30,000 USD and up for a challenge like that so notifications (ads) about your friends joining or completing the challenge are viewed by the Strava membership.    (Most of whom think they're getting an ad-free experience!)  Only an advertising agency can place one of these ads/challenges.

You should probably contact Strava’s sales office, I’m sure they’d be happy to help you.
