Using my web browser, I could log in to my strava account on Friday 21 Feb. However, since Sunday 23 February, I have been unable to log in to my strava account. The log in page keeps refreshing when I click on the log in button, but doesn’t do anything. Please help.

I can confirm this recent bug. Exact same thing happened to me. Could not log in on the Strava site. I came here, saw this post, created and account here using the same email as my main Strava account. Set it up and then went back to the main Strava account and I was now logged in there as well.
+1Strange, the problem solved itself after I logged into this community hub. Very strange. Could it be a cache problem I wondered. Anyway, I can now access my strava account.

How do you create an account here? I just get an error 403. I can log in no problem on my iPhone app but haven’t been able to do so on my pc

Error 403 means “Forbidden” - insufficient access permissions, but may also be caused by cache. Delete cache/cookies of your browser on the PC and try again to see if it helped.

That wasn’t your question, you asked how to create an account. Maybe Jana could help you, another option would by trying another browser
