Hi, I have recorded an activity with my Garmin fenix 8. It doesn’t upload automatically to Strava, so I tried to do it manually by exporting the fit file (see attachment) from Garmin and manually uploading it to Strava, where I get the error seen below:

I checked the fit file with https://www.fitfileviewer.com/ and the GPS coordinates and other information seem to be correct, so I don’t know why this activity cannot e uploaded to Strava.

In this situation, the best options to account for the activity that is failing to upload are to either ask a friend you recorded the activity with to share their original file for you to upload, invite you to the activity or to create a manual activity.
