Cant get help from support, Flyover sharing not working
Getting very frustrated. Having (still) trouble with my flyover sharing. Only 2 Photos show up when I try. Send them , Now they want a screen recording, which I cant email since it is to large. Tried the chat bot to hopefully get a person, but only get the virtual agent.
Any ideas ? Is going on for a while now

I just looked at a recent walk and hit the share button to get the flyover up. I get three screens
The summary
The video
The map.
Are you seeing something different?
Let me know if this is what you also see.
Video can be shared to other Apps or downloaded for email etc if the file size limits allow.

@mich67 just in case it’s relevant for your scenario - another user had reported a similar issue and it was related to the privacy settings:
(maybe it's yet something else in your case - let's just rule it out please)
No it doesnt seem to be that issue. And I am not able to send a video to support, since its to large. I set permission to access photos and videos
@mich67 perhaps you could use Dropbox or a similar service to share the video file? (I.e. you don't attach the video to an email; rather upload it to a sharing service and then only send a link to the file)

Ok this white/blank map looks familiar: if you're using any anti-tracking app (such as duckduckgo, blokada or similar), make sure that you allow Strava in it - other users reported that it was causing exactly the same problem with the map, and allowing Strava helped. And if the situation doesn't get fully resolved by that, please try using the dropbox or similar file sharing service to share the video you were mentioning, thank you.
