I completed the Castelli “Never Stop Riding” challenge and when I went to redeem my promo code, it asked for name & email but then redirected me to their website rather than presenting a promo code.. I uploaded this on reddit and it seems like a lot of other athletes have the same experience/problem… I dont know who to reach out to for help or visibility on the issue… I’m sure I’m not the only one with the problem.
