Charged for a year’s subscription with no intention of subscribing

I was charged to my surprise for a year’s subscription I do not want. I have canceled a subscription I did not sign up for. How do I get my money back for this. I’ve noticed that this happens often to people. Strava might wanna look into why this is happening. Please provide a refund.

unfortunately we cannot help you here (the community hub is a place where Strava users advice each other, but without access to account/subscription information). You’ll need to contact Support as described here:
