Clif Bar Challenge

I wanted other people to see about my experience with the completed Clif bar challenge / " Raise the bar " After completing it, getting the award, and submitting an order Clif bar.com proceeded to ignore my order placed for a week and a half until I messaged customer service. Multiple days later they then canceled the order and claimed everything was out of stock, despite me seeing on their website still that you can order all of the things I did( over 10 things) . This feels suspicious and unprofessional and I just wanted someone to know it feels basically like a scam
