I have the exact same problem with my Reflex Active and still haven't found a solution.
+1I think the only option is to record a session as per and save the route then manual input via the website stats and upload the map from that Effort from watch to computer to platform, I have gone Garmin now but still would like to use the 45 as it's very accurate on par with the Garmin from going out with both on GPS
