When I’m doing a tempo run with short distance so today I ran a programme of 8x 400 m @ pace with a 2 min rest.
(There was no auto lap set on my garmin)
Why is Strava then adding my rest pace into my average 1k? When I’m not actually running a 1k.
Do I have to pause my watch when I’m on a rest then unpause when starting to run? Please note I had this programmed as a workout on my garmin. It also happens when I’m hitting to lap button between runs
this is so frustrating!!
