double billing

In June and July this year Strava debit my creditcard, so double payment.

8th of August i asked to refund one of them.

Asked several times for a response but still no reaction or update.

ticket #3472983.

Can someone maybe help me or give me an advice to get my money back? I like Strava very much but the follow up on this issue is not nice.
