I have Just completed a 5.06k run and set a new PB of 22:48, I tracked this on my garmin forerunner on a 5k route I run regularly so I know it is the correct distance. I have stopped my strava on my phone and the activity is down as 5.75k with a 5k time of 19:30. I have tried editing the 5k time but it will not save, usually I would just delete the activity in the gps is wrong but it is a 64 second PB so would just like to know if anybody knows a way I can make it right before deleting it?

Kind regards.

Hi @David slow'connell,

are you saying you're tracking your runs on your Garmin AND on your phone? That’s too cumbersome, simply set up syncing of your Garmin to Strava. Phone’s GPS is quite inaccurate compared to sports watches anyway. 🙂

Here's how to set it up: https://support.strava.com/hc/en-us/articles/216918057-Garmin-and-Strava
