email address issue

I click the verification email in the mailbox which came from strava,it asked me to re-login the strava ,and then still asked me to resend verification email .It's to be infinite loop.I don’t know how to verify my email address now .And when I looking for the support from agent ,the strava reminded me to verify my email address first !!!  But my issue is I CAN NOT VERIFY MY EMAIL ADDRESS ,MAN .
