Hi, I have a friend whom I suspected of editing routes to get KOMs, he's quite clever at it, but recently he accidentally cloned and didn't remove the original activity in time. He recorded it on a Wahoo Roam, and then after modifying the file, there was no trace of what he was recording with, and his time relative to the completed route was shortened, which also equaled earned KOMs. Unfortunately, he's doing it more and more often, unfairly taking KOMs from people who really train a lot and are good athletes, I've flagged these activities a few times as red flags, but Strava isn't doing anything about it. What can you advise? Because the guy is literally ruining the fun for others.

Hi @Mike S.,

if flagging of the individual activities doesn't help and the athlete keeps cheating, you might want to submit a Support ticket - make sure to include all relevant details, examples etc: https://support.strava.com/hc/en-us/articles/206522304-How-to-Report-Cheating-on-Strava

Strava will intervene based on that.

(I’ve recently used this way to report fraudulent/spam accounts - there were too many for individual reporting - and Strava had acted within a couple of days, so I can confirm it works.)
