We have taken a family account. I had a free account and my son a paid account. When my son send me the link that I can access the paid account I get an error that I don’t live in the same country. We both live in the Netherlands and that is also what our accounts say. How to solve this?

I created a ticket two weeks ago and somehow they are so busy at Strava that I don’t get an answer. Only standard emails that they are too busy. What a service

creating the ticket was the right thing to do, as Strava Support has to correct the country code in your (or your son’s) profile. It's not accessible for users themselves, only Support can edit this. 

From what I hear, the Strava Support has been overloaded with tickets lately, so the response times are rather longer. But hopefully it won't take them too much longer to get this fixed for you!
