I’ve read many of the posts about this problem and the solutions have been that Strava either refunds you your subscription and changes your country or they just change the country to the correct one and the family member can join. I’ve been dealing with Strava support for with this issue for 7 days and they say there is nothing they can do, due to they can’t refund my subscription as it is past their 14 day refund policy. I’ve explained that my husband’s subscription only expired last week, so I wasn’t aware that there would be a problem having him join my family plan. All 3 responses I’ve got  from Strava support no matter how much information I give them, they keep refusing to deal with it due to the 14 day policy.
Does anyone have any contact information for a supervisor or ??? that I could try. ( I did ask to be put to a supervisor but was ignored )

FYI, I renewed on March 17th 2025.

Hi @lmeldgard,

I can’t speak for Support, anyway: what you need is to have Support correct your (or your husband's) country code in the Strava user profile, as it needs to be the same for everyone on a family plan. There should be no need to go through the refund process. I've never requested the refund myself but if the policy for your country says that you can only request within 14 days, and you did it only later, then I’m afraid that it's understandable that the request was denied.

Finally resolved but they didn’t want to.
