You can’t, but a giveaway would be if you often get kudos as soon as you publish an activity. If it’s someone stalking you or others you could block the athlete or report him.

You can, well at least in the iOS mobile app… when you go to tab You > tap your profile pic top left > tap Followers, on the top of the list you'll see a section “Favorited or enabled notifications for you.” Not sure if the section is visible if none of your followers matches the category. 

You are right ​@Jana_S , I didn’t remember that the web version and the app are different in this matter.

Thanks! Just to be clear, this shows me if I am on someone else’s favorites list…not if they are on mine? I have no problem seeing who I have favorited. 

​@Sarahlou  Exactly. Your favorites would be on top of the “Following” list and not on the “Followers” list.
