My Fitness and Freshness graph is missing my exercise data from August to December 2025.  As a result, the graph shows a declining fitness score and no activities between August 9/25 and January 3/26.  As a result, the Fitness score dropped to “0”.  All of the exercise data is present elsewhere on Strava (e.g. My Activites, Dashboard, etc.).  I checked Help and it suggested that I go to My Profile on the website and to Restore Data.  I have down this a couple of times, but it does not correct the error.  How do I get the Fitness graph to reflect this data and to provide a more accurate Fitness score?

Do your activities show a “Relative Effort” or a “Training Load”? At least one if them is required to compute the Fitness Graph. If you don’t have a power meter or a heart rate sensor you have to set the “Perceived Exertion” when editing the activity to get a “Relative Effort”.

Thanks Jan.  That makes sense.  For some routines, I did not indicate a Relative Effort nor did I have a power meter or heart rate sensor.  I will need to input that data.
